Roman or Greek mods for M2TW
I dont pay much attention to M2TW but as far as I know there arnt any released acient era mods for M2TW - are there any being developed? if so which ones and when are they likely to be released?
I would be greatful if someone could update me on the situation as I havent checked for several months.
EDIT: I am a big fan of Byzantine history and was apalled by how they were in M2TW - are there any mods which portray them accuratly?

im not sure if there is but a couple of weeks ago i saw some pictures of some spartans someone had modded for med 2, so maybe there is

Well in the development section of M2TW mod section, there are two roman based mods IIRC.

Check out Polemarchia: Total War. Its a Greek-based mod that takes place during the classical Greek times (Persian and Peloponnesian wars). We just started on it right now so don't expect a release for a while.

You should ask in the Mod Threads and see if any are in the works. I'll move this thread there.
Honestly, I'm not sure if, other than Polemarchia, there are any Greek/Roman mods in the works.
As far as Byzantine remakes, try out Stainless Steel, Deus Lo Vult, Long Road, etc. These mods tend to utilize many new skins and flag designs to overhaul the different factions.
Or just wait for Broken Crescent's second release.

The Gathering Storm and EB2 are Roman mods that are currenlty under development too.

It's been taking some time but we're slowly trudging along, and haven't gone anywhere. If I show some screenshots, some of you guys will be surprised, so I'll wait for a more formal announcement. Ok here's a little glimpse
