Now that Mafia II is out for nearly one month for PC i wrote
down what i think about it, mostly in comparison to Mafia I.

[Cyrus the Virus]

I was impressed with the demo, solid shooting and nice presentation with story and characters.

All the other things I've heard have stopped me from this game however.

[The Good]

I actually just completed the entire story an hour ago. It's a great game, and it still holds a lot of replay value for me, especially with Jimmy's Vendetta. What's keeping me here is the immersive 1940s/1950s atmosphere, the cars, the guns, and the music!

Hey guys, I need help.
Three days ago, Mafia II worked fine. The past two days I had no time to play it. Today, every time I try launching the game, it says I need to install some PhysX software. It begins installing then when it get to the end exits out and the game doesn't launch.
Also, off to the side while this is happening, Steam prompts me as if all the DLC's I bought just got installed.

The popup says this, "PhsX SDK not installed. PhysX System Software will be installed."
