Game crash, official fix method does not work.

I installed patch 1.2, then RTR 6.0 then 6.3.

I'm trying to play the imperial campaign. At the end of the first turn, the game will crash to desktop.

the official fix from RTR website is to delete the map file in rome_total_realism folder.
I do no have the folder, instead i have a "Sons_of_mars"
folder.

What is wrong with my game here.

you are using an old version of RTR. Try PE instead, look for it in the subforum.
