How can I add new buildings/upgrades?

Sorry to be a pain but am anxious to make a few tweaks and am just looking for a link to a thread that explains how to do some of this ... I've been looking through the mod forums but just can't find how to make the changes I want ... add a new city/castle upgrade that would enable wall defenses as well as tower improvements.

Any help will get you +rep, my gratitude and an invite to share a case of Canadian beer.

Hi there, not very sure on what you are asking, but here it goes.
