I cant get the 300 skin or map

ok ya im so.......................pissed i have bet all over the web and i have never understood how to get the skin or map. ever it drives my crazy!!! plz help me out . like what website to go too everything.i feel very dumb.

dont say go to the dowloading this on this site cuz i still dont understand what to do somebody be real discriptive and make much since cuz im a bit slow=\




oh and also when its done dowloading and i press open it seems as if it is trying to get on internet explore but cant if that helps any..
