How do you put a number and a name to a legion???

You don't need to put anything. Once you've reached the reform, the number legions will appear automatically depending if you've given the citizenship to the province with the correct barracks.

oh? but how do you put them in a vanilla legions?? is it with the script??

kind of a modding question? ive ask in the tutorial forums but nothing answers. so i thought i could go to the mods which have those legion names..
