windowed mode so small

I am running the game in windowed mode and i recently got a new moniter (22inch), on a previous 17inc moniter, when using windowed mode it would be pretty much full screen except the start bar would still be there (how i want it).

Now with the 22inch, windowed mode keeps the size quite small and when i double click to make it 'full size windowed mode' it really bugs up.

Such things as flickering buildings on the campaign map, and when on the battle map the original 'size' is perfect but the new enlarged area is much dimmer.

Any thoughts on how i can get windowed mode to start up with 'full screen windowed mode'...

Did your desktop resoultion change with the new monitor? If so did you change your game resolution?

Most likely the windowed mode resolution has not changed, and that's the simple problem ~

You can also double click the top of the window and it makes it like a full sized Explorer window where you can still see the taskbar.

Yes my resolution did change.

But the windowed mode window is stuck on a smaller size and its almost like its hardcoded.

Double clicking does nothing beneficial, first every time theres a load it will reset. Also when i double click, in the campaign map castles and cities flicker armies flicker too.

Finally when i do it during a battle, the screen itself becomes shadowed. With the 'original small size' perfectly clear and the new larger size much darker leaving a very ugly border and cutting out half the game.

If there was a way to simply change the default size for windowed mode when it launches, it would sort all my problems.
