So I know everyone dreams of the Enzo Ferrari and the Bugatti Veryon, but the fact of the matter is probably none of us will ever have one, because even if we could afford them, they are too hard to find.
So this thread is dedicated to those cars that are out of reach currently, but maybe, juuuuuuuust maybe, you will be able to get someday.
I'd like to start us off with the old American standby, the Corvette. But not just any Corvette, the top dog, the Z06. This car is widely recognized as about the best blend of power and affordability in the world.
Price: $70,000
Power: 505 bhp, 470 lb-ft torque
0-60 mph: 3.6 seconds
Positives:
Will blow anything under $100k off the track
American icon
Negatives:
You see a lot of corvettes, and there isn't much to distinguish this one from it's tamer siblings.
Second is a car that I don't have too much info about, although it has been rumored to be a direct competitor to the Z06 in price and performance.
2008/9 Nissan Skyline GT-R
Price: ? - Presumably around 70 thousand
Power: Roughly 450 bhp
0-60 mph: ?
Pros:
Drop dead gorgeous
Cons:
No info about it
So, those are two of mine, I may post more later. Let's hear what everyone else has?
