Is there any way I can render my movie frame-by-frame? Like Medieval 2's cinematic editor?

What I mean is, I know in Medieval 2 the cinematic editor allows you to render the replay in such a way that it doesn't make it lag to death, like it renders at a speed your computer can handle. I can't use the RTW editor to render because I can't downgrade to v1.2 to render (and I bought Gold Edition, so downgrading really is impossible).

So, what can I do? I really don't want to use FRAPS or Gamecam because both lag my video down like you wouldn't believe.

WAIT! Sorry buddy, But there is no way, unless you get a Gaming Cam program. You Wouldn't want to use the built in one as it can eat your hard drive!
