ATI Radaeon Express 200 Series Stinks and Need Help?

How can I upgrade this chip or is there a way to make it better so I could play Medieval 2 Total War in a great preformence and ecxellent quality before I buy Medieval 2 Total War Kingdoms.

Any Suggestions:-
1-Sould I buy 8800 GTX Nvidia?
2-What Should I download to make this video card better?
3-I've tried ATI Cataylast and it didn't helped me, can you give me steps so I could play this game in the best way?

Or should I stick with plan 1?

Your choice, No, to make it better what's your result upgrading ATI Radaeon Express 200 series and give me steps, I beg you. Please, they are selling this Nvidia 8800 GTX and SLI in 2,450 Dirhams in before July. Know, I don't know how much is it?

Well...,is not to easy,but you don't have to buy a 8800,i have an old ATI1650 and the game runs fine.1024, high 2 antiali., 4anistropic
The 8800 serias and all DX10 cards will not be compatible with DX10.1 ,so wait 6 moths to see if apper a DX10.1 compatible, and buy a 7600gt or 1650.

What are the rest of your specs? Since you have such an old card, you probably don't have a new enough computer to use a good card.

1- You don´t need a 8800 GTX, to play the game, but it would surely run good, like any other game you try with it. However, is not only a matter of GPU.

MTW2 seems to be RAM and processor hungry, so, like somenone said before me, you need a balanced machine, if the rest of your pc is not good enough, the new video card will be no help

2-You could check if the omega drivers support your card, but don´t count on it

3- The easy way would be upgrading your pc. You could post your specs here and you would surely get some advice on what part needs upgrading the most.

If not, i can only give you the usual advice: lower detail, good drivers, defrag your HD, disable all other programs while playing (like antivirus), try to keep the pc clean of virus, spyware, etc...

Is it me or AV's these days don'ywork anymore.......... You Literally have to Remove it Your Self.
