question about using med manger with a couple of mods

if i installed lands to conquer and stainless steel mods can i use the med manager to just flick between which mod i want to play without any problems with ethier one and with vanilla? or will they conflict with each other?

Well you shouldn't need med manager, as far as im aware SS installs to it's own folder like LTC, and has it's own desktop shortcut like LTC. So there should be no conflict.

1 question whats the ltc hotseat about?

It runs LTC with hotseat enabled, which basically allows you to play a hosteat campaign with multiple factions. It's designed for multiple people using the same pc and playing a game against each other.
