UAI in CAE 1.3

So I have a suggestion for either 1.31 or 1.4, or whatever you choose, put UAI in CAE. UAI is so much better than vanilla ai, which seems to be in CAE.

If you don't like this suggestion, that could someone please tell me how to install UAI over CAE. I really love CAE, but not the way the AI acts.
