Screenshots?

Ive looked and looked but I cant seem to find the info Im looking for.

What file types are screenshots saved as? And I cant seem to find where they're saved to either.

I understand that after printscreen you have to fiddle in paint? Is this right?

Screenshots is found in a folder called tgas. The screenshots are taken in TGA format.

to clear out the Kelvin's reply in battle time if you click the Print Screenshots that will sent the screenshots directly to the folder call "tgas" in the "Medieval 2 total war Main folder"
you will find the files in TGA format
to open the format you need photoshop, Fraps, or other kind of Tga format supporting softwares that you can find it in friendly GOOGLE.

Irfanview seems to be the favourite for converting TGAs to JPGs (for those without photoshop, anyway).

It must be noted that the game takes screenshots in a reduced resolution format, though
