    Default Help

I know this sort of question may be better answered and understood by more experienced and "professional" tech-people but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway...

So, I'm having some PC troubles...nothing too major but it's really starting to get on my nerves! So when I do things like start up my PC, open the "Start" menu and such I get this box:

    "Explorer.exe - Bad Image

The application or DDL C:WINDOWS\system32\urqpomj.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

Then other times I get this:

    "CwndSessionMonitor: iexplore.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x6600accc" referenced memory at "0x6600accc". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program."

Any ideas what this is? I've run virus scans and there's nothing being picked up. This started happening maybe a month or two ago - it really doesn't seem to have any effect on what I'm doing on my PC but it does get annoying from time to time. Any help would be appreciated.

Also - just for anyone who might know something about Firefox...

Why is it that sometimes when I try and stream a video on a website the browser will pop up with the "program must close" box?

This is an error with Yahoo add ons. Try to disable/uninstall them.

    "Explorer.exe - Bad Image

This is weird, because if explorer.exe isn't working properly the desktop should "close". If you have a windows recovery disk try a repair job.
