Default Custom PC building sites (international)

Never mind my last thread which was about a new upgrade, I've thought it out and I guess it's going to be a new PC. I've tried http://www.ibuypower.com/ and https://www.cyberpowerpc.com , but both only ship within the US/Canada. Are there any similar sites that can ship worldwide (I live in Dubai, United Arab Emirates)?

In www.cyberpowerpc.com, I made up my dream PC with the latest components around , it was about $3000, a great buy...but alas, it only ships to the US.

Is there a similar site (preferably something like cyberpowerpc.com) that I can buy a new PC with.

I'm willing to pay $3000 to get a PC that can stay 100% lagless for 5 yrs with me, thats something I was going to buy but shipping did not allow me (I was so close to getting it ).

Thanks for the help in the previous thread, I hope this one will be the same.

EDIT: I just added +rep to each one of you who helped in the last thread , enjoy!

You will not get a 100% lagless computer for 5 years no matter no much you spend. The most you can expect is that it is average in 2 years time.

The technology moves on too fast for what you want to do.

Maybe not 100% lagless in 5 years but it'll be decent until that time.

Anyways, do you know any similar sites that ship worldwide?

    Amazon?

Look around in your country. I googled "Computer hardware retailer" yesterday and it directed me to some site which listed different stores. I think you can sort them per country too.

Thanks Arakorn, the site I tried looking for is where you get to choose the hardware, similar to BIY (build-it-yourself).
EDIT: Anyone know any site? Please.

Dell ships to the United Arab Emirates. That part of the site is in arabic though, so I don't know about prices but you have the option to buy an XPS if all else fails. They're kind of customisable and you know you're getting it from a respectable business.

Thanks for the site Richard, Dell isn't bad at all, I've read through the site, and I found a great PC (Dell XPS 720 H2C), it has amazing specs, it turns out the rumors of Dell making bad gaming PCs are wrong...but I guess the price won't be so good...what do you think something like this baby will cost?

XPS 720 H2C holds the GeForce 8800 GTX (which is I think just one rank under the 8800 Ultra) Intel Core 2 Extreme (Quad power!!) 4 GBs of RAM, 2.75TB of storage, and a great soundcard(مكبر الصوت X-Fi XtremeMusic).

Do you think something like this will go over $3,000 or under it? It doesn't mention the cost but I will still search for it (to buy it you have to call, so they probably don't have the price on the site, but nevertheless I'll search for it).

    Good buy?

    PS. +rep for you richard!

It'll go over 3000$. It pretty much depends on that processor, you didn't tell us what it's model was, just that it was "extreme". By that I take it that it is either a QX6700 (not that pricey) or a QX6800 (the most expensive AND powerful).

    It's an Intel® CoreTM 2 Extreme QX6700,
it's good right? I mean the other one is more powerfull but this is almost the same I guess, kind of like the difference between an Nvidia 8800GTS and a 8800GTX?

Also does this mean it'll be less than $3000 with a QX6700?

Try making the same setup on the USA or UK version of the Dell site, as they give a price. I'm not sure how this would transfer in currency, but it would give you a general idea.

Yeah it's good, but you could drop to a dual core one which would lower the price if you're over budget.
