    These beta is completely playable. Unimportant bugs are correcting now.
    In mod you can find new big map with many provinces.

    All Russian principalities designed with historically accuracy. Historical events are presented. Rare factions such as Prussia, Buyids, Alania, Khazar are realized. They are so different and have exclusive units.
    Unique mod's feature is detailed
    realized Finno-Ugric tribes such as Korela, Livonians, Mordva, Mari.
    Ethnic character names, unit titles, geographical names are used for each faction including
    Turkic nomadic tribes, pagan tribes of Russian north and so on.

    If you know Russian well - play beta right now. The most bugless factions are Russian principalities, Poland, Sweden, Byzantine.

    Well i dunno Russian too well.....just what i understand through my language, since they are kinda intelligible. I ll give it a try as soon as i go home. Damn christmas holidays, keeping me away from my M2TW.

    Hmmm, what kinda bugs should i be prepared for? CTDs or minor irrelevant bugs that i can live with?

    I have already played 3 different campaigns with dozen turns and never have seen CTD. I used mod with "clean" M2TW ver. 1.3. Bugs are insignificant.

    Go to the folder
    Medieval II Total War/data/ui/southern_european/portraits/portraits/young/
    and copy all from it except folder generals in the next folders:
    Medieval II Total War/data/ui/mesoamerican/portraits/portraits/young/
    Medieval II Total War/data/ui/middle_eastern/portraits/portraits/young/
    Medieval II Total War/data/ui/eastern_european/portraits/portraits/young/
    without files replacements

    If you can not find these folders it is means that the game is packed. You can:
    1) use unpacker (http://medieval2.heavengames.com/m2tw/mod_portal/tutorials/using_unpacker/index.shtml);
    2) make following folders by yourself
    Medieval II Total War/data/ui/mesoamerican/portraits/portraits/young/

    Another exclusive faction. The State of the avars in the mountainous Dagestan. In time frame of our mod, they have been cristianity orthodox wing. Islamization they occurred mainly in the Mongol period.
    The smallest fraction at the start - only one province. The concept was developed by Runir. Unfortunately info on the factions rather sparse, so there are some assumptions.
    Line of troops from Sarir well balanced, has a good foot and cavalry forses. Not a very strong horse Archers.
    The strategic situation is quite acceptable. If ahead of the Georgian and Khazar capture the Caspian coastal provinces the situation is much improved. Since srosedyami Alan and Georgia's attitude is quite «warm» and can not wait to blow them (if such testing has not been observed). The only competitor in Sarir in the region in the first phase - is Khazars.
    When testing Sarir always go to war with Khazars and did it with varying success. Everything depended on the fact the first of them will Derbent.

    Hi,
    I installed the mod as described, but when I get to the in game menu I cannot click anywhere. All panels are empty and there is no text anywhere. Any help?

    I have a problem. There are no sounds working for me, everything is mute. I checked audio settings and everything seems to be all right. Could it be anyhow connected with my english version of mtw2?

    Well, VIR I told you in BgTW's forum... I'll tell it in this forum too- There is a bug with the Pechenegs... When you fight with them or against them- the game crashes in the middle of the fight... :hmmm: And there is a pecheneg unit with buged 3d model \some kind of spearman\...

    About sounds:
    Go to the folder Medieval II Total War\data\sounds\ andcopy all contents into the folderMedieval II Total War\PycbII\data\sounds\
    In the screen level of religion is not right. This bug has about dozen provinces. Most of them in Byzantium territory.
    Main reason of crashes is conflict of versions/mods. I installed mod on "clean" M2TW Kingdoms version 1.3 and I still have not any crashes.
