when we can expect translation?
do you have any reliable sources to back this statement up? and which period exactly? whole 11 centry? parts of it?About Slavonia: I don't say that it was fully the part of Hungary, just it paid tax.
western part was finnaly conquered in either 1092 or 1094, we cant be really sure, the eastern slavonia was conqueres quite before...It became the part finally in 1102, with the other parts of Croatia
the whole Croatia was finally conquered in either 1097 or 1099, a story with 1102 is a bit different
I could write litle more about relations of Magyars and Croats before and during the anexion (or whatever that was) of Croatia into Hungary...
ofcourse if you'r interested
I wrote about this:
In 1027 a Hungarian Army under Stjepan Svetoslavić of the side branch of the Trpimirović dynasty took Slavonia and made it the Slavonian Banate of the Kingdom of Hungary, ruled by its own dynasty of Svetoslavić. Slavonia was reunified with Croatia in the 1070s under King Dmitar Zvonimir Svetoslavić. In 1091 it separated again and accepted the suzerainty of the Hungarian crown. 11 years later, the rest of Croatia also accepted the suzerainty of the Hungarian crown.
I didn't write about 'conquering' of Croatia, I wrote 'became the part' which was in 1102. It was an official personal union with coronation, it's very different from annexation.
ok at least give link for the rus version -_- .
Of course, I'm interested, and I will be happy, if you write me some information, or an e-book about the Medieval Croatia (in English, cause I can't speak Croatian, or any Slavic language, I'm just learning Russian), but I have no free time because of my exams at university, and in the summer I must write my thesis about Hungarian Medieval cavalry.
very interesting info thanks

TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
read this to avoid misunderstandings.
IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

For Hungarian names, see my first post above.
Peristlava is, I presume, either Preslav (Veliki Preslav) or Preslavets (Pereyaslavets; on the Danube delta, the village Prislava, near Tulcha). Most likely Veliki Preslav.
Vidin was called Bdin in the Middle Ages. Skople was Skopie.
Belgrad wasn't a part of a Serbia province, but on the border between thema Bulgaria and thema Sirmium or a part of thema Sirmium itself.
The Bulgarian name for the Balkan mountains (which you've given with its Latin name Haemimont) is Matorie Gori (old Bulgarian for "Old Mountains", just like the modern-Bulgarian name is "Stara Planina" with the same meaning).
thanks +rep

In addition to AnthoniusII, since he probably didn't understand some of the Russian names - Frakia (i.e. Trakia) is Thrace (on English) or Traki (on Greek). Tzarigrad (the Slavic word for Constantinople) is Constantinople (on English) or Konstantinoupolis (on Greek) (Anthonius, correct me if I'm wrong - I'm using the Wiki translations/transliterations).
In addition, here are the transliterations (and translations) of the other Bulgarian locations - Strymonos on BG is Struma, Philippopolis is Plovdiv or Plavdin, Средец is transliterated as Sredets, Охрид (in its Bulgarian form) to Ohrid. The others, as far as I see are right (besides the ones in my previous post).

Just tried out the mod. Have to say, a very unique setting(Eurasia and Eastern Europe tend to be overlooked in many mods) and very good units. So keep up the good work guys. Though cannot understand Russian, and henceforth eagerly waiting for the English translation.
As I see in this thread, the English version is to be out soon. So do I have to download the English version once again (the files are more than 1GB!) or it would just be a Text patch?

Thank you for the quick answer.
I was just playing with Byzantine and came across the "Cataphracts"(stationed in Constantinople initially). Their defensive stats read 19. So is it intentional, taking into account of their sturdy horse armour? But there are other Steppe cavalry units with greater defensive stats.
Anyway, I really do like the feel of so many Eurasian factions, along with their European and Asian counterparts.
Sorry, just noticed those higher tier "cataphracts" with 28 defense stats in the custom battle.
