Triumphs + other campaigns

Just wondering what the stuff about truimphs and other types of campaigns (caeser in gual, etc) lying about in the RTW text files are all about.
Are they parts of the game that never got released? or have i not noticed/used them in the years i have played this game?
If they are just odd pieces of script, is their any way to use them in the game or has any one released a mod which uses them?
