Would you be available to right a small script for a big mod? i.e. It would be understood that you could/would leave after your task was completed (and properly credited for that work, obviously).

yes that would be correct also, my scope would need to be less time consuming as i have no desire to be a permanent member of any mod team at the moment.
If a task needs to be done I will assess the time needed to complete it and ask that my name be in your credits. If in the future i am needed to modify my work because of some change to the mod please understand that i may refuse.
Other than the above I don't really have any other terms.
A little note to all, my skills are wider than scripting and are available at request.

sorry i just stumbled on this so here you go.
Name; Chris
Preferred Mods;
(Roman, Medieval, Fantasy, anything really)
Any previous experience;
(in the sig) plus I have constantly made personal mods that are inappropriate or too insignificant to release.
Skills and qualifications;
3ds max (noob) , photoshop (step under pro - still learning),unqualified historic research (basically history buff who can't get enough wikipedia ect and read books by Laurence Gardner ect)
skills at all modable elements of both RTW & still experimenting with some M2TW files. basically give me a task and i can probably complete it.
Availability;
(small projects, not available to join mod teams yet)

SLK can add mapping to his list of already impressive skills, too!
He's agreed to work on resizing a map for Medieval II for me.
