    Default Hot CPU

hello everybody.I have a laptop with shared memory and when I play games wich are CPU dependent(RTW......)the CPU becomes really really hot and the fan keeps working but the games run without problem.my question is will this high temprature cause a burnout for my CPU or will it reduce the lifespan of my computer??is the temprature normal(it burns my hand)

Download a temp monitoring program like coretemp, speedfan, TAT or everest trial to get an idea of just what they are exactly. As for being too hot, yes it can cut down on the lifespan of your cpu or even damage it.

If you computer turns itself off a lot of time whilst playing games then you have problem. Laptop CPU's are a lot more cooler (because they use less power to save on battery life) then there desktop counterparts, and even if it is running hot I doubt it will break anytime soon, besides games will come in the future that will make your laptop useless for gaming long before your CPU dies.

You will not be able to read it in game, but if you alt+tab out and watch the temps you should be able to catch a glimpse before they drop back down. Or better yet would be to download 'orthos' and run, that will max out your temps better than any game probably can.

Isn't opening a laptop slightly illegal?

I don't know about illegal but potentially will void the warranty. So proceed at your own caution. If all else call the manufacturer and ask them their opinion.
