Can characters age 2 years per turn?

If you use the 2 years per turn files, the game uses 2 years per turn but the characters still continue to age at .5 years per turn. How do you get the characters to age at 2 years per turn?

It is hard coded. You need to change years per turn to 0.5 in descr_strat.txt

Unfortunately that is hard-coded in the game and cant be changed from what I'm told. A left over from RTW methinks.
