Audio annoyment please help!

does anybody have the same problem that when ever play Mtw2 game[speacially in the end turn , it's like corrupted cd plays the audio] makes the scratching (or corrupted) noise,sound heard continuesly?if yes
how did you fix this?

Are you using on board audio? Any other game/sound have the same issue? Have you tried updaing your audio drivers? Are you trying to run EAX 2/3/4? Did you mess with the config file?

iam using on board[32-sli ausus with realtec audio]
i did other games too bu not happend like this
i have updated audio driver.
i am not trying to run EAX because i dont have that quality
i am using mod that may contain config

and still getting the problem any help guyz?
