please help battle map turns black

i cant get onto a battlemap without the game going all black i click fight battle it loads then right at the end the resolution goes massive and the left side of the screen goes kinda black and the right side is like zoom in of the loading screen, can any one help i have already tryed changing the battlemap resolution to every one and still the same thing happends i have also re installed the game 5 times but still get the same problem please help thanks.

Try updating your Graphic Card's Driver. Go to your Graphic's Card developer's site and it should list the current updates for it. Simply follow their instructions to install it.
