I have two ideas right now... i had a third, but i cant remember it
hehe
well here it goes,
1 idea: Missile cavalries for example, they are missile units until the ammo is out, and when they are attacked by another melee unit they take up their melee weapons here to. Now what Im asking and wondering is, Is it possible to add a function in the Strategy controls(Where you can choose to have formations, loose formation, disable fire on will etc.) and add a fucntion there so that these Missile units(Cavalrie and on foot) can change its weapon into melee and then just charge. So that you can use the unit in two way.
Is this even possible? If it is, then its something i highly like to have because I hate it when Missile units always run away in vanilla (i.e Dismounted Dvor in russia, Good missile unit.. better melee attack then most melee units in the russian roster, still.. it was a hard time getting them to melee fight.
I hope oyu understood my idea
2 idea: This idea is not so necessary but I still tend to like it and Im just asking and wondering, so dont take it like.. Im demanding you to do anything. I want to know thats all.
The minimap, In the minimap there are borders within every region. I mean i.e its a border between Constantinople region and Thessalonica region (even though both regions are ruled by The byzantine empire. Now what im asking is if you can make some kind of "tactical" map. Here is, the border Within the Empire/Kingdom dissapear, and just the border to other states are shown.
Here is just a little example, if you didnt understand what I mean in words.
The normal
And this is the way it could be. (Maybe with scripts this can be possible?)
Note, the turks and Armenian Cilicia, and compare it.
Just some ideas... I will try to remember the third one.
cheers
