Crusades Help

I was just wondering two things. Firstly when I take any settlement as part of a cusade around Jerusalem it always rebels even if I take it twice and it has a large garrison. I don't have time to build a church before I am thrown out and you can't destroy the mosques(why?). I have taken the settlement of Cyprus only by exterminating the population but even this has left a problem as even though it says there is a population growth of 3% it never grows(why?) so I must rely on mercenaries which don't come often enough. Any tips?

Plus does anyone know anywhere I can download or watch the time commander episodes?

martial law buildings, the special crusades building increase the conversion speed,also try to occupy multiple neighboring regions to boost the conversion....also extermination

plus why won't the population of the settlement on Cyprus grow even though it says a growth of 3%

commander series...umm i think u should try the torrentspy.com and download them via bittorent(sorry may be old fashioned type but i dont download media from the net)....about the population growth u should set the taxes to be very low and dont build road taxes buildings or martial law building or any building that decrease the population growth + building churches as they increase the growth rate
