Ok I need help

In short I was uninstalling RTW planning to reinstall, well during the uninstalling process it seemed to have froze so I closed it out. I then went to my program files and simply deleted the Activision folder I then went to the start menu and deleted RTW off of it along with my icon off the desktop. But now when I started up RTW gives me the option to play the game, uninstall, ect. needless to say none of the options work and I can't install, so please help me .

Edit: I also forgot to mention RTW is not on the Add/Remove programs list.

open Windows explorer and go to rtw cd...... open '' setup exe '' it will ask you to unistall old rtw...

Go to your start menu, start run and enter regedit, press enter. Go to hkey_local_machine/software and search for the registry entry for CA or RTW and then delete it (don't delete anything else or you're screwed ). Now you can install it again.
With BI you have to delete 2 registry entries, Sega creates an extra one.
