Default Is this mod worth playing as it is?

Hi their can any one tell me if this mod is worth down loading as it is at the moment, and playing??? As I have been looking at the post on the forum and their seems to be so many bugs? Also have been reading the bugs but know one seems to reply to the post unless it is to it is to shame those who criticize the mod.
I have posted once or twice on this "open forum" and to be honest i have gave up Why release a mod that has so many bugs? why not beta test longer before you go to release.
I think yous are all doing a great job with the CA medieval two engine.
Secondly i think it would be better to have the download plus fixes on one page "with no posts" i find it a little confusing when i have to read through eight or ten pages before eventually getting to the down load sauce? It would make more sense leaving the down load page free of post. Only for down load and updates, and developers comments .
Again i think you're all doing a great job and this is in no way a criticisms

well i thought i would install the game and see for my self. I love the map allot better than DVL in my opinion. the skins are beautiful especially the Byzantines! Installed the game and i have noticed that their is a graphics glitch with the byzantine General. He does not have any legs? and other stuff.
Is this a problem that has came up before? is their a fix for this problem?

That sounds great i don't suppose their is way of using the general that is used in the game if their is not a family member present? Thank you for the reply i have to say i was not expecting one i have had many post and have had little reply.but i do appreciate your time in responding to any doubt i had. i have started playing and i must say i am enjoying the game though i have to say that Arragon speak very good English.lol
so you say you have fix one are two things in you game ? can you direct me to nay links i can use that will enhance the game even more. I do like the Pikeman in this game,

It is an awesome mod that makes playing M2TW a real pleasure.

Many people like to alter it further though, adding new AI, units and other stuff that's floating around the place. Bugs are quite rare and can be fixed with many submods available on the forums. You just need to put some work into researching your options and choosing the ones that satisfy you the most.

I installed the hotfix, the nerrazzuri's fix, added eastern princesses, RealCombat, removed BYG's traits, fixed Egypt and Turkish naming, toned down severely wounded, added Byzantine elite spearmen... and after all this my game gives me a lot of pleasure. :-)

Most of the 'bugs' are just things that people don't like, i.e. Byg's traits/Severely Wounded.

There is the occasional CTD or graphical glitch (heard about the Byz guy, no idea whats going on), but they are so few and far between that the game is perfectly playable. I'm almost to the 1300's in an English campaign and the only 'bugs' so far are that Princesses get the Tutor ancillary and my one-time heir was envious of himself.

That being said...I'd recommend using RC (RealCombat) if you want a very balanced game (stats and costs), DarthMod seems to be a little cavalry-heavy in terms of melee.

Most of the bugs aren't KK's fault but come from mods he decided to include... We wanted more toys so now we have to pay the price and fix some stuff by ourlselves until 4.1 is ready. It's not much though and most of the work is pretty much done already. It's just about reading this forums regularly to get new candies as soon as they are released...
