DGK with maces instead of zweihanders?

The HRE has too many Zweihander-units (Swabian, Forlorn Hope, Zweihander, DGK) but not many units with the AP-trait (armour piercing). The DGK as a so-called elite unit of the HRE should rather use maces (as the mounted version) +shields instead of just being a heavily armoured Zweihander. What do you think?

HRE has DIK which use mace and sheild alreaddy, although i agree that some more diversity in their heavy infantry would be nice.
