Castle Education Fix

In case you guys aren't aware, there is a bug in the education traits in BBB 2.0 that is a part of SS. Currently, your new family members will only get a castle education if there is a library at the castle. This is a problem as libraries are only available for a select number of factions. BBB 2.1 fixes it, but until 2.1 is integrated into SS, below is the fix:

1. Open the export_descr_character_traits.txt in the data directory with notepad.
2. Do a Find for "Get_castle_edu". It should bring up the trigger.
3. Replace:

and SettlementBuildingExists >= library

with

and SettlementBuildingExists >= garrison_quarters

.

4. Save and exit.

This is what is changed in BBB 2.1

Heh, I assumed the library requirement was intentional since it seemed logical enough. That's what I get for playing, apparently, library building factions only.
