    Hey everyone. I just wanted to know if you can use generals in custom battle. Thanks

    actually you can use general's body guard without general but they will stil be able to raly troops

    You can't use your generals in the campaign map though.

    Yea you can build Generals bodyguards in Custom battle (and they're commanded by a random captain). The weird thing is some of the General's bodyguards are more expensive and weaker than some calvary, such as Roman Armored General vs. Praetorian calvary, is there any incentive in choosing Roman Armored General over Praetorian calvary?

    There are some advantages. For exampel they can rally your own troops which is a pretty big advantage. They also have 2 hitpoints.

    I thought the commander gains the Rally ability, and it doesn't have to be a general's bodyguard. Plus yea the Armored General has 2 HP but Praetorian Calvary has more than twice the amount of soldiers and Praetorian Calvary beats Armored General.
