    Default Change Faction Mid-Campaign?

If someone had a program to edit save games, or a way to do this I would be INCREDIBLY grateful. I've always wanted to do this, and I don't see a real reason why I shouldn't be able to.

It's so damn cool to build up this big monster empire, then switch to one of the fledgling ones, and have to to fight the big power.

Or, since you know the the campaign often doesn't really represent history, I could play Rome, and get the settings of what the second punic wars were, then switch to Carthage, and send a big army through the alps, but I'd have to be Rome first for them to get anything done.

Or, be Scythia and get a huge horde of armies over into Roman lands late in the game, then switch back to Rome, and have to deal with a barbarian invasion.

Too fun. Please tell me its possible.

That would be cool. But you'd be bankrupt because the AI gets bonuses and you don't.

Look for something called "hotseat" mode. Never tried it myself, so I can't say for sure.

You just set up a hotseat campaign and set it for two players, and you of course just play both of them.

I have heard of a RomeSage cheat that allows you to switch factions, but the faction you were in the first place won't behave like normal.

Who cares. I would love to switch to carthage in my Greek campaign, they only hold palma imagine how fun and challenging it would be to gain control of your empire again.
