The only topics, it seems, being discussed about RTR(regardless of the edition) are technical ones(how do I install the game...my game won't run right...etc) isn't there a place to discuss actual gameplay?

Reading some of the posts in RTW: General Discussion, etc...talking about using attack dogs and stuff...lol...I almost responded, "THERE AREN'T ANY DOGS IN THE GAME!"...lol...

There are plenty of threads in the RTR sub-forums that deal with non technicall stuff. What exactly did you mean? No official pinned threads on a certain topic?

A lot of the good RTR discussions have been lost with the troubles and disappearance of the RTR Forums. Hopefully it will return to being operational.

Also, most stuff has been talked to death concerning tactics.

Plus if you're playing as a civilized faction, you've pretty much won as soon as the battle starts (if you have a decent army).
