LTC 2.3 and 3.0

I have two really fun campaigns going right now with LTC 2.3, but I'm really looking forward to a Turkish campaign with 3.0 (tweaked down arrows sound good to me). However, I don't want to completely abandon my other two campaigns to update to 3.0. Is it impossible to have both LTC's installed on my comp at the same time, and will keeping the LTC 2.3 .exe on my computer mean I can launch that whenever I want?

The only way to have both LTCs on your computer would be to rename your landstoconquer folder to landstoconquer2, change landstoconquer.cfg so that this part:

[features]
mod = landstoconquer

Looks like this:

[features]
mod = landstoconquer2

And then rename Launch_LandstoConquer.bat to Launch_LandstoConquer2.bat and then right click, edit, and change it from:

medieval2.exe @landstoconquer.cfg

to

medieval2.exe @landstoconquer2.cfg

Then right click on the file and choose send to desktop to make a shortcut, and delete your normal LTC shortcut. Then rename the shortcut to LTC 2.3. This process will have moved LTC 2.3 to it's own folder, so when you install LTC 3.0 you should have both installed.
