    Default Start problem

cannot start game. i have a dual core processor and vista but i dont think that has anything to with it. I get this message when trying to start:
This Application has failed to start because D3DX9_30.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
however i reinstalled and still got the same message

    You're running vista, correct?

Go to the microsoft site, and download directx 9, which does not come pre-installed.

Click the Start menu, then choose Run. In the box type dxdiag and press Enter on your keyboard. A new Window will appear and your version of DirectX will be listed at the bottom.

That does not work for vista; only the latest version is shown (dx10).

The way you tell what directx version you have installed is you launch m2tw.

If it crashes with a d3dx9_30.dll error, you don't have dx9 installed and need to get it.
