    Can't say I liked the show whenever I've been coerced into watching it with female family/friends. They talk too fast, and about some of the stupidest and most airheaded things(oh my gosh, rory's boyfriend is being inconsiderate of her feelings!). This show was clearly designed for girls/women.

    Precisely. You don't have to be gay to like it, but you definitely lose some of your masculinity points for liking it. Although, I'm not sure if you are supposed to add or deduct "man points" when you admit you like it. It's brave to admit it, bravery being manly, but it's admitting you like a womanly thing. Hmmm. Paradoxically befuddling to say the least. I can't decide whether you've lost your Man card or not.
