In my perspective this movie is based on the Rise of Catholicism and the rise of the Papal Domination.The Zealots who want to dominant the World and the universe.
This is a great story that is acutely based on some reality,like the world does have really factions for example the Egyptians.I think this be one of my favorite movies of the year as I am a Protestant this will match my beliefs.
Any way this movie looks great,So what do you guys think?

Yeah, I have a friend who is a Catholic who is a big fan of the movie and books; he has no problem at all with the movie. I mean, only a Catholic who was insecure about his/her faith would even consider it to be a problem, but from what I can tell it's not really trying to send a message as much as it is merely influenced or "inspired" by real religion.
