You're getting a new 1333FSB processor and i'm not sure that your motherboard will work, you need a P35 or G33 motherboard that supports that FSB. I would say go with an older processor (E43/44/E63/E64/E66 processor) or bump up to the P35/G33 motherboard.

Also your power supply is a bit weak and might not be able to handle the system, it has had some negative reviews lately as well. Maybe this power supply would be better. It's under $100 and runs 4-12V-72A and is from a decent brand.

Graphics card and memory should be ok (from a decent company that's the cheapest 800 memory out I think).

I see you have edited it and now you have a 1333 FSB CPU with a P35 motherboard. The ram is going to be a bottle neck here (DDR2 as opposed to DD3) but I wouldn't worry about it to much for now since DDR3 costs a kings ramson. Other then that is looks like a well balanced system.

If you're willing to pay $183 at newegg for a E6550, you might consider the E6750 for 10 more dollars...

No. 4Gb's of Ram means your need a 64bit OS i.e. Windows XP 64bit or Vista 64bit. I can't speak from experience but a lot of posters have moaned about the lack of driver support for 64bit.
