France + HRE vs. Moors + Egypt
I felt like doing a battle in which I kinda have the minority of units, together with an ally versus two islamic factions who have way more units than we both together.
I made a lineup for me and HRE the same units, consisting of one elite cavalry squad, two crusader unhorsed knights, two crusader spearmen, and 1 great cross. so that for each of us.
the enemy got a mix of everything from lamtuna spearmen to hashashim (spelling?) and camel bodyguard.
I lined up my units against egypt's and it came to a badass looking "me vs you" test where nobody made an attack until the other did.
I took a screenshot of that:

the stuff in the sky is dust from the dust storm. sorry for bad jpg quality I didn't think of that.
so, after 5mins, I decided to charge with my spearmen. they got badly bloodied so I took my knights in, too. they didn't turn the battle so I flanked the enemy units with my general one after another till they all flew. kinda lame but heck it's war. so I made all of egypt's units escape or lie dead, and their general was slain in that process.
my foolish ally, the HRE, lost _ALL_ of his units except maybe 10 from the great cross and 3 from the teutonic order. it's a shame but well.
I had to take on about 1000 men and I had like 150 left. so, I thought I can't win anyway so I just rushed my footsoldiers in, and then saw that they made the same mistake and exposed their flanks. so I rushed them with my cavalry yet again till most of them decided to flee also. that way I won the battle
I killed around 800 units, and my ally like 300 >_> but it was great fun
