Movement speed

The movement speed of this mod is way TOO SLOW, and I mean waaay to slow plus another thing: Medina's Mosque is in Rome Total War style build signature. What's up with that?

Open the "descr_battle_map_movement_modifiers.txt" file (in Stainless_Steel_Mod/data) and raise the numbers for the different terrain as you like...

For some strange reason it doesn't work?! It doesn't mather if I turn the stats up to 14 or 3. My movement speed remains the same.

Maybe you need to restart your campaing?

By movement speed do you mean on the battle map? Or on the campaign map?

if you mean on the campaign map, then go to Stainless_Steel_Mod/Data/descr_character then a few lines down find something called "base movement points" or something to that effect. It should be set to 80, increasing it increases movement for all characters/armies.
