modding: Restricting chapter houses to castles
Hi all!
I was wondering if it is possible to allow the chapter guild houses (Templars, Santiago, etc) to be available to castles? Preferably the minor ones to wooden castles (But certainly not Mott and Baily) and the major ones to stone castles and higher.
I would very much like to know how to mod this in, because not only do castles have only a single guild as it is (swordsmith.. and good luck getting that...) but I think it makes more sense for military orders to have... well.. more military surroundings.

I would like to see all castles give a weapons upgrade just like the swordsmith guild, it would give the player a reason to build them.

I'd throw in my 2 cents on this aswell.
First off, the hole "guild" system needs a massive overhaul.
All muslim factions only have swordsmith guild in their castles, yet the turks cant even recruit swordsmen meaning no guild in ANY castle. Smith guild should be moved from citys to castles since weapon upgrades should be made where you produce your best troops imo.
2th Horsebreeders guild is only in city's, but most faction mainly train their horses in castles, so that should be moved from citys to castles.
3rd. Masons guild give better prices on building and some crappy troops. But before you actualy get offered a masonguild you most likely have most buildings build, meaning you get crap troops and nothing else.
4th. Explorer's guild is trash, making no to little diffrence on your campaign. 100% not worth taking over any other guild.
5th. Hospitaller guild chapter give health bonus, Templars dont. They produce the same troops yet hospitaller have a better chapter house. Change them to give same bonuses or change the troops making one better then the other.
6th. Well nerf or restrict spies so the AI wont end up with Spy guilds in all their settlements. Make the same restrictions as the merchants / priests have to stop the overuse from the AI of spies.
