    I could solve evrey problem this country has by scrapping all the laws and replacing them with these:

    1) The Being An :wub: Act 2007
    2) The Being Bloody Stupid Act

    If it doesn't break those points it's legal.
    If there's debate wheteher something is stupid or :wub:ish, a jury decides. Convicted :wub:s and morons are then shot
