Im just wondering if there is any mod that makes it available for all factions that have Mailed knights to get the dismounted version. So far I havent been able to find... but maybe someone can help me?

I think SS has it if i'm not wrong. Possibly DLV too.

SS dos not have it as far as I know, and I have it. Course I've only played as Kiev and Sicily so far....have not seen any...
that one mod...I have...PDER was the acronym and its name was some Latin speak.
