Technically, the Golan Heights are in a fuzzy area of international law. Post Yom Kippur, Israel agreed to give back "territories" in exchange for peace. However, those "territories" were never named, and it was not worded "the territories," or "all territories." Just "territories."

As for the rest, yes, they do belong to the Palestinians. That's why it's called an occupation.

very good points condor and of course I am not infallible nor do I know everything

all my conclusions are based on limited information and personal research, I can never truly know the truth of the situation even if I was involved in it; because emotion clouds the truth so well, that being said.

but the native americans simply dont have the power to do so, the jews mounted a very effective and rational defense to attacks, they did what they had to do; the motto during the wars of Israel has always been ; and you can look this up . --- Because We Must. or something like that.

why would aggressors have a motto which denoted the reluctance of the whole situation essentially saying "we dont want to fight" but we do because we will be killed off other wise-- this was the impression of the jews during the carving out of Israel, they had to or they would be exterminated.

I don't see what power has to do with it. The Jews who formed Israel didn't have a hell of a lot of power until they were given a region to defend. I don't see how the same thing couldn't happen with Native Americans. Also, a motto is not always indicative of the truth.

Not for nothing, but that is usually what everyone says. We are fighting because we have to. I'm pretty sure Hitler said something like that about the French...and the Jews.

I mean by fully supporting the Palestinian 'struggle' you have to be against the state of Israel and supporting the retrieval of the land to the so called Palestinians.

I support the Palestinian peoples need for an independent state, a state that will peacefully live alongside with Israel.
I pity the Palestinian people that live in poverty and suffer because of small minority that violently tries to fight Israel and interrupting the peace process.

Such a mind-set is an extreme one ... Something we'd associate with the likes of the Taliban

Well uner UN laws the Sheeba farms and Golan heights belongs to Syria, and on world Atlas it is often marked an " instabil, ( or) warzone"

BUt according to Syria and Lebanon the Sheeba farms belongs to Lebanon ( I know, Syria doesn't want that piece of the cake

)

And According to Israel those areas belongs to them. But west bank and Gaza strip to Palestinians. as long as they accept living with israel, which all of them has done. the only exception is that Hamas refuses to recognize Israel but not destroy it.

the strange thing is, When Israel calls for peace talks Syria refuses and when Syria calls for peace talks Israel refues. There are some love between those

I think it is misinformed to say palestine exists, it never in the history of the land has existed

True, Palestine was the name given to Israel by the Romans, after they forced the Jews out. It was done just to piss off the Jews even more.

EDIT: BTW the true names to the land Israel currently inhabits is Judah and Israel, the original two Jewish kingdoms.
