I was just in the store. I saw that there is 21g's of protein in a 4oz serving of chicken wings.
So how many chicken wings does it take to equal 4oz's?
or
How much protein in a single chicken wing?
Generally speaking.

Anyway I just yesterday read an illustration in a fitness magazine, the richest protein parts of a chicken is the back and the lower legs .About 27-29 . And the upper leg part is the richest in calories .Also the neck and wings are good .
But as if there is none under 20 .So I don't see a big problem anyhow.

According to the first Google hit, ten chicken wings weigh about two pounds, so that means a chicken wing is about 3.2 ounces.
Get out your scales and weigh some wings. There's nothing better than experimental evidence!
