Would it be possible to add a unit that I have added to be available in mp games when I am the host?

Say for example I mod the game so Spain can use Cataphracts, could I make it so the same would be true in an mp game. I realise ofc that this will only be true when I host (if possible at all).

Only possible if the guy(s) you play with has/have the unit too.
