Can someone give me the lines to put into my preference file to activate IO Filefirst? I had to re-install M2TW and I need to add it again. I remember it was something like

file_first = 1
but it doesnt work. Any help would be appriciated.

It's what you describe ([io] // file_first = 1).
Bear in mind, though, that it is only active through the preference file on patches 1.1 and 1.2; if you reinstalled to vanillia it won't work, afaik.
