Icon12 My little UBAI 1.1 test

    WaZaaa!!!

Firstly, my apologies to Tornnight in advance if I've just opened a new thread uselessly.

As you may have noticed, Torn has already mentioned that he'll be adding in some of GrandViZ's works in his next release, namely Ultimate Battle AI 1.1. For that reason, I've tried two little custom battles on Very Hard difficulty in TLR v2.0.0: one with the Fatimids against the HRE without UBAI; the other with the Murabbitun against the Spaniards using UBAI. The whole point of this thread is that I would like to share with you my battle experiences obviously in the form of a replay, uploaded on the rapidshare links below:

    1. Without UBAI 1.1
    2. With UBAI 1.1
With that said, I would like you to:

    • share your observations about UBAI 1.1 like effects of GrandViZ's formations
    • peacefully comment about my way of playing and offer some advices for improvements coz I know I'm no expert
Just so you guys'd know, I've used all of UBAI 1.1 extracted files excluding "export_descr_unit.txt", which would cause TLR to crash as it loads... Also, I haven't tried DarthMod so anyone who's tried may shed some light

To watch the replays I think you'll just need to copy the downloaded .rpy files into the "replays" folder of "The_Long_Road" mod folder e.g.:

    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\The_Long_Road\replays

    That's all

Peaceage and all the best to Torn and his fans

Merely a humble advocate of the positively developed mod, "The Fouth Age Total War." ...
as well as a peaceful proponent of the exhaustedly developing mod, "Broken Crescent."
