Hey, me again!You didn't accept me as a citizen last time, and you will pay! I will explode the forums on 06/06/06!Oh wait, that has already passed... Anyway, and now seriously: I'd like to be a citizen of the Total War Centre community because it would be REALLY COOL and it’s always an honour to participate more and more intensely in the Forum.To support my plea some of my posts may be useful... Phil is a decent guy, he likes TWC and wants to give something back to the forum by joining the Curia. He is active and participates in a lot of threads: I think he is easily worthy of the rank which he aspires to. Enough said.

I am not particularly impressed with him and a cursory glance (last 100 posts) revealed very little worthy of citizenship and several posts worthy of denying him entry.

I've not found him to be particularly above average in much of his posts. A positive for him is his activity. He seems to want to be involved in much discussion. But, the "negative" is that he just doesn't seem to be much more than average in every other aspect. Even the posts which he referenced weren't extraordinary. I like his involvement but I think he needs to bring something extra to his posts. I want more deep thinking and insight. All this being said I'll have to say no. I think he is promising and just not at par yet with what we'd see as deserving of the rank.

Hmmm a difficult one. On the surface a no. On the surface there is nothing above average to him and he is a good ordinary member who contributes with a normal spam-post balance.

However, also taking Perikles's opinion into account, he seems to have a certain flair about him.

I am going to let this one sit on the back burner for a little longer.
