Transferable Item/Gift/Reward Idea
Simply like you guys have the transferable titles, you could expand on this to give a more personal feel to things.
Examples:
Kings Gift Ideas (To give to generals)
Kings/Family Sword - A personal or family sword which could bestow comman, loyalty, moral etc.
Fine Armor - Could bestory loyalty and + general HP
Champion Horse - Could give + movement points
Fine Barding - Could give extra hp
Body Guard - Could give exta body guard
Gift Courtesan - Could give + Loyalty
Etc etc
This is just off the top of my head. But it would sure make it a lot more interesting if those various missions you get that don't seem to give rewards worth doing them would give your king something you could use to customise your favorite generals or govenors.
