Cant install the game again! Screenshot inside!

Please help as soon as possble!

I uninstalled my game, deleted everything, folders etc, then tried to reinstall. I've tried 2 times, and I've gotten the same exact error message twice, then it shuts down!

Please help ASAP!

Is your disk scratched?

Yes i experienced this before, and it helps to clean your disk.

Yes a bit, but their not big or deep scratches, just small ones.

What should I clean it with?

Please tell me theres another fix!

Some cloth... YOu probably shouldn't do this, but I damped my cloth and cleaned it, and then got another dry one to clean off the water. IT worked fine.
